Default scoobysports braden i have a question

well getting shake in the steering wheel again. any suggestions? on what to do to fix this. i think a set of brembro cross drilled would be good for me i think the stocks are getting too hot... thats just me and my wife think
what do you think i cant afford as you know to let this go to bad ball joints etc that might go bad from the vibration...... help! hell if ya want give me a call you can drive the car and see the vibration i am talking aboot. mainly does it when the brakes warm up.

What kind of driving are you doing that the stock brakes get too hot?
I had a friend with a 4Runner and it would start vibrating the wheel about 1/2" up and down when you got on the brakes coming down a pass....but I can't remember what the problem was...except that he paid $500 to have the problem fixed.
Cross drilled rotors aren't really necessary and they tend to warp faster than other discs...so save some money and just get the slotted ones.

Hmmm... We discovered today that my Brembo rotors have a bunch of tiny surface cracks in them, but they are not warped, and I am very hard on brakes.

You might have a wheel out of ballance or a bent rim. To Check put your car in neutral and set the parking brake on fully, then after jacking the car up Try to spin Each front Tire as fast as you can then feel the tire and see if there is any play in/out up/down. I had to do this on an Old Truck turns out that is was a bad tire that the cord's bunched up a bit. Hope this helps.
