Default rs body work

hey guys, does anybody know first of all how hard it would be to mate 93-01 rs side skirts to a two door impreza L (I'm sure that it is possible because they're both GC8 body style). And secondly where they could be located. The internet is a horrible place to look for parts if you dont know what specfic vendors you are looking for.

sorry guys... i dont mean to waste your time. I did manage to locate some oem side skirts , but the thing is they are for 98-01. What actual difference is there between 97 and 98; could the 98 skirts be made to fit a 97 L?

My 97 has 98-01 RS2.5 sideskirts on it. Installation shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know the install specifics but your body shop might have to punch some holes in the sheet metal to fasten them since 97's never had them.

Might be a good time to body colour code them since they're already off the car.

thanks man, i really apreciate the info.. do they bolt on, is there some kind of rivet that holds them on, or is it just the body plug type thing that holds like bumper skins on. I was kinda thinking about doing it myself...i suppose that you did say that you dont know the specifics
