Who the hell gets the flu in the middle of May?

Suckers like me, apparently. I've been pissing out of the wrong orifice since I woke up this morning, and now I feel like I got hit by a bus. I didn't get sick all winter, and now this

Should I even bother going to bed? I'll probably be up in another 10 minutes to use the bathroom, anyway

I had pneumonia in June about 5 years ago. Not fun, especially when you're on vacation.

with weather like cleveland...you could get the flu in july. the temp has been anywhere from 40 to 75 in the last week. its bull****...i dont know why I or anyone else would live here.

I got the flu 2 weeks ago and am just fully getting over it now. Apparantly ths is cold/flu season, because eveyone is getting it.

had the flu twice (and i had a flu shot), and i had bronchitis a week ago for 2 weeks. Hopefully i've fufilled my sick weeks for the year.

compound all this with asthma for a good time.

ugh being sick anytime sucks.
my allergies have been pretty bad lately, thanks tree pollen + toxic NJ air + no rain

so i had a sore throat sat. and it kept getting worse, then a cough... so of course, yesterday, on a vaca day, i wake up feeling like **** and made a doc appt.

turns out my allergies were so bad that my body decided to turn it into an upper respiratory infection. my ****in ears, nose and throat are so swollen it hurts to breathe. yay for meds because my head feels like it's floating and bobbing above my neck.

i was smart enuf to stay home today from work. ugh im gonna die.

it took me so long to type this too... arrgghh... need sleep... and more drugs.
