Default driver door window switch trim

Hey folks, I've a silly question to ask. I've search the archives and have yet to find an answer. I need to replace the driver door window switch cluster as the switch lever for the driver window is broken. How do you remove the trim piece that surrounds the switch? Sorry, forgot to mention the car is a MY '99 Legacy L wagon.

Use a flathead or something. It just pops right out.

Thank you, I suspected as much, but I didn't want to get all barbaric and break someting so I thought I'd ask. Does the whole door panel have to come off to change the switch?

be careful. I have broken the clip that holds it down by pulling too hard.
