Default Ahh, the power of Optima Yellowtop...

Just picked up an Optima Yellowtop battery (D35 model) for the WRX. WOW, what a difference. I had some trouble with the electronics leeching the system during storage periods but the Yellowtop cleared that up in a hurry. There is no hesitation at start up now, even after the car has been sitting for a while. The only drawback is the price~$150.

Actually there have been a lot of bad posts on Optima at various car audio sites. Seems some shops have seen a lot of Optima's go bad quick. Personally I still went with a red top.
