Default Burnt out Passenger bulb in less than a day Morette

Hello, I have an issue that I can't seem to figure out. I have a set of morettes and i seem to be burning out passenger side bulbs faster than I can put them in. Thankfully I have only been paying $3.00 a piece for these. Yesterday I put a new bulb in drove an hour and it was already burnt out. Make sense? I have had the morettes installed for over a year now. I am using a generic super blue bulb but these same bulbs have lasted others 2 or 3 years even more.

Thanks for anyones help or ideas in advance

I would check for an open wire in the harness, or check the socket itself for the bulb thats blowing. Your going to need to dissassmble the headlight either way. Make sure your using a good Volt meter to test the wiring. Finally, are you handling the bulb properly when you install it? Don't touch the glass....

Yes I am handling the bulb properly. and all the fuses are good... so that pretty much leads me to taking it apart...

You could try a different bulb supplier. If the manufacturer has made a bad batch, they will all be in the same box at the same store.
Check the electrical plug that goes onto the bulb. I assume it's the H4. The connectors should float in the holder to allow them to line up without staining the bulb. If they are too tight, they can cause bulb failures.

If there is a seperate relay for each light perhaps the relay is the cause of this problem and replacing it will fix it. Can't expain why though.
