Default subaru.ca

I would like to write a letter to Subaru.ca for a sensor that went for no apparant reason, but i go on the site and there's not "contact us" and the subaru.com has one...anyone know how to get a hold of them
I went to the dealer a few weeks ago because my "maf" sensor was ****ed up (i put an OBD2 and that's what it read) and so my car wouldn't start..

anyways, i took it off, braught it to the dealer and they made a big fuss about how the "car" has to be on the lot for them to see it for the warranty B/S

So i said fine, i put it back on, unplugged, drive out to the dealer only to tell me that "I" ****ed it up...so i argued with them (warranty is only good for 60,000km's) and now i have 68,xxxkm's on it (had to go out of town for work) and i would like to write to them saying the service there sucks ass and that if anything els ****s up (can it???) that they will be held responsible...

any how, i'm done ranting, so uhm....is there an address i can write to subaru? anyone have this problem?
Thanks

Your post is pretty unclear. So were you IN warranty when you first reported the problem to the dealer? And then drove 8000km with the MAF unplugged before taking it in?? Which dealer BTW?

It's really not surprising they need to see the "car" before replacing a part under warranty... else I could walk in with any ol' piece of junk and get a new one

The MAF sometimes goes bad from over-oiled air filters. Careful cleaning can sometimes fix it.

yah, sorry about that post, exhaustion kicked in...what i meant to say is, i brought my car in because the MAF sensor was ****ed before my warranty was over, and they were blaming me that it was "broken"...
anywho, had to drive the car for work (only means of transportation) with the "maf" unplugged, and of course now i'm over the warranty and it all comes down i have to buy it for 550$

I also found that the lack of contact info on the Subaru website weird. I had to call them to get the email address for the warranty department:

contact@mysubaru.ca

There should also be a phone number that you can call in the "warranty information" booklet.
