I got my front clip from fine line imports. the clip was in pretty good condtion but everythign about the transaction was pretty missleading... in the end I got a front clip for super cheap. they never gave me rear axles they told me that where included. over a year has passed and no axles to this date. the rear diff was included though. oh yah they also told me it was 260hp verison motor but it was a 240hp verison I ran the vin and etc.

bought a motor from them, a version 8 2.0. They shipped it as stated. I cant tell you if the motor is any good because the guy doing the install still isnt done (2 1/2 months later).

when you get it make sure you run the numbers.. I was TOLD mine was a 260hp verison it was a 240hp they SAID i was getting rear axles I didn't they TOLD ME that the axles where on its way. its been a year and i've keeped contact with them and finally gave up. they told me to just use my axles and my axles don't work for the JDM rear diff you can rig it to work but its not the right way to do it and they will pop out becasue jdm axles one is a little longer or shoerter for the clip.

looks like they do a lot of good buisness but I don' be the one that they screw up and not do anything about like me. they really didn't do anything for me because they told me I had a higher hp motor than I accually did nor did I get my axles

Not at all, Some may say I paid to much

5,350 shipped V8 motor, turbo, full exhaust, crossmember, ecu, bulk head harness

I looked for a v7 for almost three weeks and kept being told that they were on there way but almost two weeks out. So I opted for the v8, hoping to have my car done before the first autox race. Race two just passed and no car. Done crying, sorry

later

Deadweight try to get them to split the shipping charge with you.

They did for me!

They are a good shop. Do you think Cobb would sign them up as one of their dealers if they weren't? Cobb is super descriminating about who they will license to sell their products...

I have to say once again that fineline are good people..Got my tranny and everything..But, the cluth and flywhhel were not with it..Like they said would be..Apparently the shipping co lost them somewhere..I called them up..And they took care of it..They will arrive tomorrow..Overnighted to me..Even though they were'nt the ones who lost them..Great guys, great service..Would recomend them to anyone..And, they will get my business again..Big thumbs up to fineline..Justin..

I just had a small dealing with them. I bought an engine from someone who was having Fine Line do their swap. They took the engine out, and when I went to pick it up I was supposed to get a radiator with it. Well evidently they put it on someone elses car because they figured I wouldn't need it or some BS like that. They were specifically told that the radiator was mine, and they tried to lie and cover their asses about it. I think 70% of the time they are a good shop, the other 30% theyre lying or misleading people. I've read some other complaints about them on i-Club...

Default fineline imports

Besides some of the mishaps and about the axles, and the percentage rating I think I give them a try and go with the purchase, and hopefully receive everything needed. And I be sure do check the the vin# and talk to them about splitting the shipping cost. Thanks for all the reply's this is really a big help
