Most people will hesitate to buy a car if it has been raced. I guess he's "selling" his car...

Nothing wrong with ebay though...I got some good deals there.

Terms of Sale

1/3 of payment due 3 days before auction end. Balance due 7 days of auction close. Buyer pays for shipping. Will accept bank check or money order.

Thats kind of harsh terms.
