Cool STi ver5/6/P1 MAF sensor - one of a kind?

Hey all,

anyone know if any other Subaru models used the same MAF sensor as the ver5/6/P1's? Mine just blew so I'm looking for a replacement. Hoping there's an off-chance that I could pick one up locally instead of going through an importer from UK or Japan. The part no. is 22794AA010.

thanks!

Thanks guys, I did a quick search this morning and figured out the answer. Just finished installing my new MAF.

To bring closure to this thread in case anyone else searches and finds this one, the MY99 RS MAF sensor is the same as the STi ver5/6/P1. The part no. is 22794AA000.

BUT it doesn't look like Subaru sells just the sensor alone anymore. I had to buy the whole '99 RS tube + sensor assembly and pull out the sensor myself. Luckily there is a price-drop for the whole assembly - I got it for ~$60can.

Too bad Subaru is making us waste parts. Seems pretty senseless to me.
