Default sr20 side feeds on a EJ20G (56k no!)

so its running

i took the rails from a 93 1.8 (glad i didn't throw it away)
the bracket for the 1.8 faces down
the bracket for the g faces up so i left the 1.8 bracket on there
cut the bracket off the ej20G rails and welded on to the 1.8 rails (i should say had then tig welded)

hard return line had to be bent back slightly but not bad other wise it was a complete bolt up
i changed the o rings in the fuel line and the grommets in the manafold (using 1.8 part numbers)

Jaxx please explain the benifit of this to me. I thought the biggest SR stockers are 480cc. I could be wrong but anything you can tell me would be appreciated!

not stock at least they are not suposed to be they are suposed to be 550s

sr injectors are about 2/3 the cost of subaru compatible injectors ..if you can find them (the elusive ver 2 injector)

i tuned yesterday afternoon they sure don't seem to flow that much more than the grey/light brown tops that i took out though

we tried a set of ver 6 STi sidefeeds into ej20g rails today without luck
Any ideas for drop-in injectors at or above 550cc for a reasonable price?

edit: yes! you are correct

what i did was pretty easy
it does envolve destroying your G rails though

nismo makes a 550 yellow top and a 720 injector (red top)

i paid 300 shipped for the 550s got them off the clasiffies on sr20forums.com

kinda funny that i got sti injectors off the sr 20 forum eh?
