Default 2001 2.5 exhaust into a 93'

Now that the 2.5 is all up and running, what do I need to do to fit the 2.5 exhaust on? I lined it up, and for some reason, it doesn't
I thought that they were all plug and play....

the whole kit and kaboodle. When I swapped in the engine a few weeks back, I went ahead and bolted on the 2.5 headers and cats, and when I went to put on the cat back, it was terminating at the rear diff instead of to the left like it should have been. I took it out and compared it to the 1.8, and the flange seems to be at a different angle, I think.
