Default PC - TV Tuner cards - software recommendations?

OK, so I picked up a Hauppauge card for cheap, a Win TV GO card.

It works, and TV reception and picture are ok. Don't know if one of the PVR-150's you guys were talking about or something more than my 64MB graphics card would help the situation.

Regardless, I'm not a big fan of the WinTV2000 software that it comes with. It works, but I would like the ability to have something that gives me control of assigning keys on my keyboard or mouse to allow for volume, channel select, last channel, etc. etc.

The software doesn't that I can tell...it's basic software to allow the user to change channels and that's about it.

I was hoping to find something out there that would have some extended abilities. One thing that would be nice is a "guide" that would show me what's coming on later, etc. I figure it could get the updates online...

C, look into the following:

SageTV (www.sage.tv) - the software I use.
BeyondTV (www.snapstream.com) - the other big player in the PVR/EPG game.

Both have free trials available. I'm not certain they support your card, but I do know they work great with the PVR-150, 250, 350 and 500 cards.

Both also allow multiple-tuner support. It's slick.
