PM Redline8k. He's pushing a hair under 400 on 93 with a HKS 2540 on his RA-C setup, and 425 on 100.

Ebeck has a tuned ver8 motor that threw down over 350 on pump gas with a tiny little avo 450. It easily has over 400 in her, just waiting for him to grow some bawls and rotate his turbo.

scoobs2002 has a pretty wild setup. he'd be happy to share his progress so far, although he's waiting on a dog box.

Why not search for EJ207? That should get you some hits.

Both with bolt-on turbo's using 49lb wheels and 8cm exhaust housings and dyno/tuned by Turbo XS.

PS- My old Version 7/8 hybrid setup with the overacheiver VF36 turbo (JDM stock Version 8) dyno'ed 320 whp / 275 wtq and ran 12.0 @ 115 back in Nov '03. This was a 100% stock JDM set-up with a frontmount, UTEC and 3in exhaust!

def, why wud the tq be that much lower on ur setup? 275 seems low for the hp number, but maybe it has something to do with the intake you were using?

I see that just comparing it to what i ran, havent seen many v8 setups, let alone modded ones, but mine was 280/305 in stock form vf37. So i was curious as to why diff in tq numbers.

great stuff, puts me at ease seeing some 205's putting out some good numbers

especially since i believe i am going to be replacing my hybrid 257 with 205 in my gc

Before I was tuned on the VF36, I went to the track. I eased it off the line VERY lightly... then trounced it... pulled a 2.5-2.6 sixty foot if I remember correctly.

Anyway, on 14 psi she ran 13.8 @ 108-109.

You want a 207, not a 205. BIG difference.

It was partly because I had some pre-turbo exhaust leaks... which although spool-up was pretty good... it could have been better. Quicker spool-up equal more torque down low which equals higher peak torque... or lack there -of in my case

BTW- the 1st pull on that set-up before ANY tuning was 275 whp / 245 wtq @ 14.2 psi.

So the tune netted me ~45 whp and ~30 wtq.

I was unbeaten for quite some time with my stock settup When I went to the Stroudsburg Airport to run I only lost 2 out of 5 races to a 500HP 69' Camaro basically cause he couldn't even drive with an automatic

Now that I have a FP Green I can't wait to eat him alive

I am not running a ver 7 or 8 but it is a EJ207. I went 11.87 on a VF22 no tune. Also put down 280whp on the VF30 no tune. Now I have a rotated mount with a Hydra on the way. Should run 10s pretty easy.

I haven't run my car for over a year, but last year my car did a 12.54@107 with a vf22 and TurboXS dyno tuned UTEC. My car was dyno'd at 301whp/272tq back then.
