Camshaft cap torque specs? FSM discrepancy?

Which is it? 7ft/lbs or 14.5ft/lbs?

In the big exploded diagram of the whole engine we have:

In the "Camshaft: Installation" section we have:

My docs say 14.5

Right, but... if you look at your exploded diagram in section "ME", yours will also say 7.

According to replies in my main thread, the front bolts get 7 and the others get 14.5
