Default WRX 2.0L Stage 2 Xede

Hello,
I have some questions regarding the Vishnu Xede Stage 2 for WRX.
My setup is a Vishnu Xede, VF30, STi Pinks, 255l/h Walbro, 3" turbo back no cats, stock uppipe gutted, K&N drop in filter, and intake silencer removed. All other parts are stock.
To be honest I don't seem to notice that much power gains from Stage1 w/stock turbo.
Ok, here is the story I raced my friend streight line he was driving E36 M3 stock, and I pulled away from him, I mean like in 3rd gear he had no chance. This was when my car was running stage 1 w/stock turbo. Now he got his M3 reflashed installed an exhaust, and intake. Thats great but I installed a vf30 turbo, bigger fuel pump and sti pinks and uploaded stage 2 base map to my Xede. I should be able to pull away from him no problem right? WRONG he beat me. What da ****.
I'm convinced that the stage 2 base map is crap and needs to get tunned. I should be getting like 260~280 WHP and it shure doesn't feel like it. Does any one have a tunned map for the WRX with Xede with a similar setup that they can email me so I can compare it to what I have. I would hate to spend $400 on dyno session that will give me almost the same boost fuel timming paremeters that I currently have. I even tried raising the boost to 17psi not much difference from 14psi I just know that there is more to this.

M3's are nuts ... I'm surprised you were able to pull on him the first time, really ... They can make some serious power, and likely with his reflash and exhaust work, probably is making real good power ...

Yeh, but my WRX should have like 260~280 WHP M3 can't possibly make that power with just a reflash and exhaust. I need to see someone’s tuned Stage2 Xede map there must be something up with the base map from Vishnu. It's probably really rich on fuel and is not running the appropriate boost level. Xede Stage 2 is supposedly the equivalent of UTEC Stage 4. And that map runs 18psi for boost.

Should I assume that no one in this forum has an Xede with Stage 2 tuned to email me?

Have you verified that you're running the proper amount of boost?

Well I'm running 17psi, and don't want to go pass that without a Wideband hooked up. This Saturday I'll have it hooked up and I'll try running 19psi if my A/F is ok and see what it feels like.

i raced a 2003 M3 that was modified with a Dinan stage II. With my car running my stock map, he pulls on me in 3rd gear and on. With using my performance map, i'll pull on him all the way about 2 car lengths.

my mods are:

Txs TBE
UTEC tuned by clark
blitz intake
worx bov

What fuel are you running?

Perhaps the ECU has "learned" to retard the timing from previous WOT runs before you loaded the stage 2 map...? Resetting the ECU can't hurt.

Already did that and I'm running 93Oct. I just wish someone here had a tuned stage 2 map for the XEDE.
