Default Legality of shifter bushings in STX?

Dumb question here. I was under the impression that shifter bushings like those made by Kartboy were STX-legal, but upon perusing the rules thread today, I realized I couldn't find the justification for that. It lists:

# Any suspension bushings, non-metallic.
# Any differential mount bushings, non-metallic.
# Any subframe mount bushings, non-metallic.

and

# Short-throw shifter.

But do any of those cover shifter bushings?

I always justified it based on the fact that all "full" short shift kits (STi, SYMS, etc.) come with the entire shifter assembly including the bushing in question. So, when I was in STS, I just saw my Kartboy shift lever + CUSCO shifter bushings + stock linkage as a custom "short-throw shifter kit".

Good point as well...I had forgotten that Street Touring switched over to the Street Prepared wording of that rule for 2005.
