Default Arming factory alarm while car is idling?

I am wondering if any expert here can help -
Please let me know if there are methods that allow me to arm/disarm the factory alarm while the car is idling/running?

I don't have a Turbo Timer, I know there are ways to achieve that when the wires by the e-brake are capped. How would you do it without the T/T?

You don't have a turbo time and yet you want to idle/run your car without the key in the ignition, for some reason. And you wish to be able to arm/disarm the factory security system while in that condition. Are these surmises correct?

Can you tell us why you (or anyone) would want to do this?

Or, perhaps you're asking for confirmation that such a scenario is impossible, to counter a claim that your factory alarm was somehow armed while the car was running?

If I'm guessing correctly, let me use this case as an example...

There was a guy on my street warming up his car in the morning...

He came out only to find out that someone had taken off with his car... That's why I have two sets of keys though....warm up the car, lock it, and then use the other set to open the door again. I admit, it would be nice if the alarm were on...but it's only warming up for 7-8mins.

Sorry Jon for the confusion - No, I don't need to have the car running without the key in the car. I am not looking for having the car in cooling off while the engine is running either.

2yLiTe is correct, sometimes I just want to have the car running for warm up or for me to run back into the house to pick up things so that I can have the car doors locked, car running and just use the remote to arm/disarm the car.
