I traded a few t-shirts for a Lameco Boost gauge and and extra exhaust manifold that's been pre-tapped (so when I finally get my EGT gauge). Anyway, I was gonna knock the rust off and paint it with HIgh-temp and I saw the shoddy castmarks that I decided to grind off (For weight savings
)...after that I figured, I may as well port and polish these sons of guns (they're disassembled). Any ideas on what tools I need for that? Would a small cylinder hone work?

Polishing a cast iron header or turbine housing is a little silly. The condensation from start-up will have that stuff rusted and ruff very quick. Don't waste your time with polishing that stuff, just clean it up, gasket match, smooth transitions, etc.
