Default Can someone give me a ride from Chicago to outside of Milwaukee?

Fellow subaru enthusiasts:

I arrive from Brazil at Chicago Midway airport at 3:37PM this Friday (24rth). My car is at Tim's house in Fredonia (outside of Milwaukee) where we are completing a JDM WRX Type RA engine swap. The car needs to be done by Sunday, because I have to be back at my University on Monday for classes (a 6 hour drive from Milwaukee), so time is of the essence...
As such, I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a ride from the airport to Tim's house? Or, alternatively, I could catch a bus to Milwaukee and have someone give me a ride from there to Fredonia... Whats in it for you? I'd be more than glad to pay you a full tank of gas for the favor, plus you get to hang out with someone cool like me
Also, if you know of a way to get from Chicago to Fredonia by bus please post it here... I don't care how I get there; I just need to start work on my car ASAP because my time is running out and I still need to run the new wires through the firewall.
Please post any travel tips here, or PM me your number if you are available.
Or call my cell phone (906)3700868. It should start working once I arrive
Thanks.

You could possibly take the metra UPN line to kenosha and have someone closer to that area pick you up. I'm not sure how much quicker that's going to be than a bus.

You can take a coach bus from midway to a drop off point on 13th St. in Milwaukee. It is $36 for that. I could potentially take you to tims since I actually need the gas but you'd have to ride in my 88 le sabre that lacks a/c. I don't think I'll have the WRX back by then.

If you can get to downtown Chicago, Amtrak's Hiawatha will get you to Milwaukee pretty fast (one and a half hours downtown to downtown isn't too bad). There's a train about every two hours. I just checked their site and could get a ticket for a train this afternoon for $20. It also stops at Milwaukee's Airport. Amtrak's cross country trains are notoriously late, but I think the Hiawatha being a short haul is pretty efficient. You would need to take the el to downtown Chicago ($1.75 and about 45 minutes) walk a block or two to Union Station, and then have someone get you in Milwaukee. Driving from O'Hare to Milwaukee would probably be faster (or not; rush hour on Friday starts around 3:00) and more direct, but you do have options.

Default Update!

Allright; my ticket has been re-scheduled so I will now be arriving in Chicago at 5:45AM. I will catch the train to Milwaukee then. Can someone drive me from Milwaukee to Fredonia any time tomorrow then??? Still worth a tank of gas for me

If it's tomorrow morning then I can. What time does the train get it and which train station are you arriving at?
