Default Problem after ECU reset

If anyone has a clue it'd be greatly appreciated.

I needed to get my car inspected but I had an CEL (I'm pretty sure it was the cat inefficiency code) so I disconnected the - terminal on the battery and pulled the E/G Ign fuse and stepped on the brake for a bit.

After I reconnected the battery I started her up and it was idling VERY rough to the point the car was shaking.
So I turned the car off and turned it back on and now the car will not idle at all, it just dies. If I give it gas while starting it still revs rough and I smell gasoline.

Any clues?
Thanks

Did you put the fuse back in?

Yes. Just for good measure I tried to start the car and it won't turn over, so the fuse is still good.

EDIT: I meant to say that I tried to start the car w/o that fuse and it wouldn't turn.

MY00 have a MAP, not a MAF.
I checked out the spark plugs and I noticed oil after I took out one of the spark plugs.

EDIT: Forgot to add that of course Murphy's Law dictates that after changing all the spark plugs JUST IN CASE, the lead(? the metal contact part) inside the wire came out and of course the dealer is closed.
