Cool Rear Baja emblem

Question, I noticed on the back of my Baja, the BAJA emblem is trimmed in Red, while the n/a BAJA's seem to be trimmed in black.
Is this the only way you can tell if the BAJA in front of you is n/a or turbo, or is this the way Subaru kinda marks the car for the year it was produced?
If this has already been posted, my apologies, just curious. Thanks.

The Turbo models are suppose to have the red trimmed badge while the non-turbos the black trimmed.

If you have a red trimmed badge on a non-turbo, someone swapped it.

that is correct, The turbos have red trimmed badges. Also, the turbos have the center mounted roof antenna while the non turbo cars have it mounted on the A pillar, so this is another way to tell from the rear if the car is a turbo or non turbo.

From the front the turbos have the seperate high beam headlights (current models) while the non turbos get both beams in one. Not to mention the turbos have the hood scoop.

Actually, the "classics" have the split headlights & the "sport" models have the single bulb style

if it doesn't have colored matched door handles & mirrors then its a sport model.Easy to tell a sport from the side.

I knew about the differences per mirrors, antennas, etc., I was just kinda curious about the emblem on the back, silly as it sounds.
Again, thank you for the respones, you folks are the best.

All classics and turbos have the four beam headlights. Only sport non-turbo models have the single beam headlights.
