hey everyone,
i'm helping a friend search for some mods for his 2002 2.5RS. he's interested in a short ram intake or CAI and a cat back. are there any sites that sell anything for the RS's all the sites i get my stuff from don't list anything for an RS. also what are some intakes and exhausts that everyone is happy with? thanks a lot!

www.imprezars.com www.cobbtuning.com I have a Weapon R Secret Weapon short ram intake, and love it. Cobb CAI is also very good, but more expensive. Got my SR from www.rallitek.com , luckily, they are local to me, great guys who know thire stuff. Also, tell your friend to get the PerfectPower SMT6 piggyback ECU, it will get him the most from his mods, trust me, I love mine. |

I also have a Weapon R short ram, and I give that my full endorsement. The car pulls MUCH better through most of the powerband, and the thing sounds mean as hell.

thanks for the info. Weapon-R looks good. does the filter work pretty good? i've always used K&N. how do you clean it? so i have intake to show him now, what about exhausts? not too many sites list exhausts for an 02 RS.
thanks a lot! |

I'm pretty sure you just hose out the Weapon R filter. You should search though, I can't say I'm 100% positive.

also, does the RS have any sensors or probes that attach to the weapon-R intake?
