something definately wrong...

ok so me and my friend rich were attempting to install a in dash DVD player/CD/AM/FM unit. ABout 2 hours into it we ran into a problem it would not turn back on... so we thoguth this was very odd..and then the dome light isnt going on and the keyless entry is not working, but the locks on the inside are..and then also my odometer shuts off when i take the key out and it usually stays on..i think we tripped a fuse or somethign but no fuses are broken..anyone have any comments?

oh yea my cars an 02' wrx

You blew a fuse. Check them again, look at all the fuses in both fuse boxes including the main fuses in the underhood box. I don't recall which particular fuse will do this but you can look in the owners manual for documentation on the fuses.

it will be the radio/room labeled fuse under your hood. its a 15 amp little blue one towards the rear of the fuse box
