Well Well Well....subietuning....where to start?

Just like everyone else says, I believe being one of the first to have a groupbuy for that dang s203 hazard button really kick started their business on nasioc. I ordered the button before the group buy started and my order was somehow lost during the hectic rush. But that's ok though, because Manny not only sent out the next button he could find the next day but refunded my money as well. How is that for customer satisfaction?

Now....if only I could have ordered a turbo kit, then Manny could send that to me and refund my money as well. Haha. Nevertheless, no one should have any doubts on ordering from these guys. They are always ontop of their feet and respond to e-mails without taking 3 billion years.

i didnt give my addy for decals, but asked about a catalog. i got a response that i can shorten to "eventually" which is good.

Im just impressed with the quick response time. What was it? a minute? two maybe? keep in mind that its 10 oclock on a tuesday night.

I just purchased stage 2 for my 05 WRX. Now I do not know much about cars, (yes I know what you are all thinking, but hey I am learning...OK) anyways, my friend told me about these guys and at first I wasn't sure. I mean I have been to other stores and they try to sell you everything telling you that your car needs them. Subietuning sat down with me, explained how the car works (beyond putting gas in it and stepping on the pedal ) Anyways, they explained everything, told me what I should get for what I was looking for, and gave me different options on what to get. They also let me check out a car that had the parts I wanted already on so I can see and feel how it runs. Over all great customer service, and great a great group/company. All of this and I just ordered my parts and they talk to me everyday to make sure I am ok. Can't wait for the parts to come in!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their car, it was easy and painless, and they did NOT try to take all my money, infact they kept telling me, no you don't need that, save your money. I will be a loyal customer for sure!

I'm a tough customer. I like to procrastinate, put things off till the last minute, then make vendors jump through hoops to try and make ends meet. SUBIETUNING went and one-upped that and performed a miracle.

I called them YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and the conversation went a bit like this:

ME: "I need an Exedy sport clutch kit for a 2000 2.5RS"
ST: "Okay, when do you need it by?"
ME: "Tomorrow "
ST: " ...Okay!"

And here I am, not even 24 hours later with a brand new Exedy sport clutch kit sitting on my lap (Kit showed up before 10am TODAY!)

Now, I don't know who else is going to make parts for a 2000 2.5RS just magically appear like that...

EVEN BETTER NEWS, just installed successfully stage 2 last night. Thanks to Subietuning for their help and advice. Received everything on time as promised and they kept in touch with me well after receiving the parts to make sure everything was ok.
