Default Buying JDM HID's with no hids bulbs left

looks to me like one ballast is in place and no bulbs though.

where should i look, i found a guy on ebay that sells really nice bulbs any size any color for a decent price my friend has run his bulbs for years but i need another ballast, any ideas? and what should i pay for those headlights?

Don't buy JDM HIDs that aren't complete. You'll go nuts trying to find the parts to make them work and will probably give up. It's happened to a bunch of people.
They are not a good deal unless they are 100% complete.

well, what im saying is they are complete outside of the bulbs and ballasts could i fit any same size bulb and ballast in those lights and be done with it i can get them very cheap....

No, that's the point. The bulbs maybe as they are standard D2S, but the ballasts are specific to those lights. You can't use aftermarket ones without hacking them up severely. That's why they are cheap.

If you get the lights you will want to get the standard Panasonic D2S capsules. That is if the ballast is the stock ballast and not an aftermarket one. I believe the ones the dealer sells are D2R and they will fit and work but they are designed for the reflector housing and not the projectors. Im sure you can pick up the capsules at any audi/BMW/acura/lexus dealer but you might want to check before you buy the lights.

After re-reading your first post I say dont buy them. They will be more hassle than they are worth.
