Default Turbo Kit Questions

Im buying a turbo kit but is missing an intercooler. Can I use a wrx or sti intercooler and y pipe or do i need a rs style intercooler?
Will a aftermarket wrx exhaust fit on my 05 rs and if not what are some recomendations on 2.5 inch exhausts that fit an rs?
Will I need to get a different cat? Im guessing the stock cat might be too small.
Does a Minnam kit come fit MAF?
I think I am going to go with a link 2. I am not planning on installing on until i have everything and i am going to have it tuned right away by a shop. I might see what standalone the tuner have the most experience in. I could take it three places that are pretty close and all good performance garages. i dont think i want to go with a piggypack bc ive heard mixed things about the emanage.

thanks in advance.

WRX intercooler will work. You will need to shave the intercooler inlet and throttlebody 1/4" on each side to get it to fit. You also need to relocate the AC line to below the pitch mount and move around your wires some. It's still going to be tight as crap. The ypipe will work but you need to cut and extend it since the compressor outlet sits more forward than where it does on a WRX.

Chances are no. Unless you get the WRX waterpump and WRX/Legacy-t xmember, the exhaust manifold and uppipe wont fit. The axleback bolts right up and the intermediate will need some custom work.

You can get a high flow cat. Or you can just cough go catless cough.

Sorry, cant answer that one but I'm going to say yes.

I have an Emanage and it kicks ass. Search my username in Aftermarket Forced Induction.

You realize there is a CEL fix for catless exhausts? If you go to advanced auto parts and buy the spark plug anti fouler, drill the middle out, and put that inbetween your exhaust and rear O2, it can keep your ECU from throwing a code. I've had mine on there for about 4 months no CEL.
