You'd probably be better to get a plate made to do between the throttle body and the manifold that holds the extra injector. I know proecm sells an extra injector controller and they used to have a car around here running one, I think they helped him source the plate as well. I know they have CNC capabilites so they may be able to make one for you.

My brother and I are making some plates in mid July to accomodate two secondary injectors. We'll need to let you both know how they turn out. We sourced the injector bosses from http://www.sdsefi.com/ and we are machining blocks of Fortal 6061 Aluminum for both a 98 RS and a 99 RS throttle body and manifold. We don't have a CNC, but we have several mills and lathes in our shop. So we'll see how they turn out. Let us know if you find a source for one complete.

im going to be using a wrx ic, hopefully, and i wont have any extra room at all for a plate in there. so what todd and i are thinking, is welding that boss onto the bottom of the ic, right near the throttle body, and then throwing a fairly large injector in there, something like 750cc. i have a perfect power smt6 that can run it no problem. just wondering if anyone has this setup on there car.

AVO has just started doing this with their kits actually. the brand new ones will be set up in this fashion.

Mike at Full throttle has sold a 7th injector set-up for GNs for years. There are two versions. One uses an injector, and the other uses "jets", like a no2 set-up. I am using a jet set-up that has a small solonoid attatched to my fuel rail, gas is added into the throttle body, activation is electronic and boost triggered. Simple, yet effective way to add fuel if you are maxing out your fuel system. You can always buy a single line fogger and just spray fuel, no nitrous. Or you can buy an alky kit, and spray race gas, I have known a guy who swears by it. Many options.....

I spray methanol (snow kit) and spray no2, both are tapped into my TMIC.

I'm also using an alky kit(alkycontrol kit) tapped into the bottom of my tmic and it works great it's almost like running race gas all the time. This may be a lot easier than trying to rig up an extra injector plus that cooling/cleaning effect of running alky/water mix. You will be able to scale back your fuel if you decide to run methanol because of the difference in afr so you can bring you idc's down a bit.
