Cobb intake
Borla p.o.s. gen4
Apexi cat-back
UR crank pulley.
oh yeah... a ZEX 65 shot

128.9hp (couldnt hit 129 or 130 could ya!) and 148.8 ftlbs

and on the bottle
191.1hp 225.0ftlbs .. holy torque!!!
a/f were a bit scary when the run started..they shot up to about 17.5 then mellowed out during the run after a few hundred rpm and stuck a steady 14.3 . Im pretty happy with the results.

Did you dyno at englishtown yesterday? If so, I watched both of your runs, pretty sweet. Great looking GC too. What gear did he dyno your car in? It seemed like 2nd, but at 70 and 90 it must have been third.

14.3:1 seems a little lean to me. I realize that theoretically 14.7:1 is the best, but from what I've seen on my car and others at a couple Subaru dyno days the cars seemed happiest at 13:1 or so.

Some dynos run a little richer than the actual read out. For instance, with a cat converter installed, the dyno I go at reads 1 point higher than what it actually really is. So with a 14.0:1 readout on the dyno plot, you are actually getting a 13.0:1. Without a cat converter, a 14.0:1 is actually a 14.0:1.

I don't know if this is the case where you went but in either case, your car is reading too lean. You typically want to be no leaner than a 12.0:1 running nitrous. Just be careful whatever you do. An EGT gauge would tell some of the story on what is actually going on. For some reason, perhaps how lean you are running isn't causing any high cylinder temps. I doubt it but I've seen stranger things. It's hard to really read the air/fuel ratio scale because it's so funky.

On a positive not, NICE numbers. I likey!

Yeah, I assumed the 14.3:1 was the N/A run. sidewayz, if you're running 14.3:1 on NO2, your engine is a timebomb.

yeah Pat.. I didnt clarify. The 14.3 was NA. that dyno graph sucks but my copy if you look really really close, you can see my N2O run was hovering around 12.5-13. and at about 4,600RPM it chases 12 down to 11 steady. At that RPM in NA mode she swallowed around 13.5 down to 13 at 6k

That's cool. I'll hopefully hit the dyno today with the E85. We'll see how she does.
