doing 45 i hit this huge ass bump. jarred the car so hard that the mirrors shifted, the wipers went on, cd player skipped (which it had never done before) and change that i kept in the cupholder went everywhere.
naturally, the car felt different in driving. steering wheel judders ever so slightly now at 70+ on the interstate. from what i can see, i have an egg in my front right tire (225/45/18 potenza S-03. $200 down the drain) camber looks like it has possibly gotten slightly more negative? i haven't had the chance to get it on an alignment rack. what are the odds that i have a bent wheel too? 18" prodrive P1, if that makes a difference. would just the egg in the tire make my wheel judder? this seriously blows ass as money is a little tight right now.

i just hope there's nothing wrong other than it being a little bit out of alignment and tires.
bent wheel i can deal with but if its anything serious like the steering rack or any major suspension part....... ugh. |

sounds like he busted a steel belt in his tire, causing a bulge...resembling an egg. It happened to me once with stock rims when I hit a 4X4 on the highway. I got an alignment and some new tires, and she's good as new. Hopefully it is the same for you lettucemanatee!
