And about 37 more hp.. Just kidding. It also improves idle smoothness.

sorry i dont have a better pic right now but you can see the some of the ground wires. the hardest one to do mounted on the tranny and you have to take off the intercooler to get to it. it has a gold battery terminal connector and wire ring end thingys.

anyone have the SUN grounding kit? I've seen them on an EVO and they WORK! (seen before and after results in much more solid interior lighting, smoother idle, an average of 3hp gain)

My grounding mod is similar to all of yours, here's a quick question:

To the guys who aren't using a single mounting point for your grounds, and are generally taking this path: frame to neg. terminal, neg. terminal to r. intake manifold, r. intake manifold to l. intake manifold, l. intake manifold to passenger side ground. Are you getting electrical current noise that's associated w/ your RPMS?

I definitely am, it's very noticeable to the ears, and made me remove my connections to the strut towers and the firewall grounding point, but I'm still getting the noise. So what I think I'm going to now, is get some gold connections instead of my home depot brand and mount a bracket near the battery, then have all my connections run to that bracket to get rid of the ground noise.

Sorry for all the run on sentences I'll post pics of my set-up later tonight.

Grounding kit? What grounding kit?? I just need to clean up around the battery terminals, and you'd never even notice it. I did both sides of the intake, the alternator, and the drivers side cylinder head.
