Help, acceralted hard, now car wont start!

Touch the battery terminals to your tongue. If you wake up a minute later in a puddle of urine, then your battery is okay. If you don't, then you probably need a new alternator, battery, or both.

Seriously, that clicking noise you were hearing was probably the starter motor cranking over but it wasn't getting enough juice to turn the engine over, so it's little clutch was just slipping (clicking). Your high RPM blast may have killed the alternator for some reason (or maybe you threw the belt?), so I agree with Chi_San - a new alternator or new battery may be in order.

You may be low on blinker fluid, check the dipstick while in reverse, if its not that the flux capacitor going bad
