Post Ann Arbor mini meet pics

Okay, here are some pics from today's Ann Arbor mini-meet. Despite the weather we had four people show up, though one was unable to bring his Subaru (see below). Sorry if the pictures are kind of low res - it's a new camera and I thought I set it for higher quality, but...

First here is makua11b's silver 2002 WRX:

Here is JC's 2000 RS:

Here are all three cars. My WRX wagon is in the middle. Interesting to see how much narrower the wagon is compared to the sedan:

Our fourth member (I forgot his name!) was unable to bring his own car and had to borrow his bosses car:

We were 12 strong at Redline's meet tonight. There was even another blue WRX wagon. I believe it was 2 days old.

I didn't even see the cop! Speaking of which, I went out for a drive on Huron River Drive later that day and was behind a cop the whole way (not that I was going to go too crazy). You guys watch it out there - better to spend your money on mods and not finance the City of Ann Arbor.

Rattler-

How the hell did you get on the web at like midnight last night? Either you really broke in the WRX on the way back to Bay City, or you have wireless or something. Good to see you out last night, I'll see you up in thge city by the bay (aka: the citythat never sleeps) in a couple weeks

Later-

Hey SubaDan,

I'm not sure if there are any subaru related things going on in Ann Arbor for your visit. Other than that, the Detroit area is hardly a tourist destination. Sorry if this doesn't help, but maybe some other people have ideas for you - I can't come up with any!

SubaDan-

I am in A2, like he said, not much in town on the weekend, though a group of us head out to Detroit for meets, there is one every weekend. Usually a group of Subes get together first, then often head over the Redline Motorsports meet. This is all about 45 min from A2. Give me an ebuzz if you want to know more, or keep your eyes peeled, we'll usually have a forum going about the weekend's happenings-

Hey Metro,
Lets just say I got home not quite as quick as I got down there. I only got lit up once with an instant-on from the State boys. They don't bother 80 in a 70 evidently. I always try to make sure there is someone faster than me every now and then just in case. Took Woodward to Big Beaver to 75. Stopped for gas in Birch Run. Left 11:15 home at 12:30
