Question 94 Impreza L, will this fit?

I have a 94 Impreza L Fwd, will a RS hood fit on this car?? i know they look the same, but does the bolt pattern and everything line-up well?
Thanks.~

It should bolt up, however depending on what type of front grill you have, the front of the hood may not line up with the lines of the grill. Compare your grill with the one off of a GC RS/OBS. If it's the same grill, it'll fit. If not, you'll have to get a new front grill.

LaterZ!

i dont think they fit because they change the light model in 1997. i've wanted to do this swap a while ago on my 1993 impreza L and it didn't work because of that...

^^^

You're correct. You would have to do a headlight and corner light conversion to do the hood.

EDIT: You actually don't have to do the conversion.

No, you dont HAVE to change the headlights and grill. It closes just fine with the old headlights and grill, but it looks kinda odd:

theres a way around the oddity of the front grill. headlight eyebrows. even though its only temporary, and only seasoned suby goers are goin to notice it, its cheap.

you are gonna have to get the rs grill, headlights, and side markers, as mentioned above. if not, you will have about a half inch addition to the gap that is there already.

You only need the headlights and grill, the side markers are the same. RS grills go for free or close to free, but the headlights can get pricey.
