Anyone here?
Last Saturday, 7/02, the trip was from MA to Port Jervis, NJ and back... one dark blue southbound on I-84 in the southern part of CT. Today, Saturday, 07/09, the trip was from MA to Corning, NY and back... one yellow in southbound on I-88 around Oneonta, NY, an all silver headed westbound on I-90 in NY and a yellow headed west on I-90 on the Masspike. I was a passenger in a silver '05 F-350 so I was way up high and had plenty of time to look around ![]()

Funny, I drove all the way to Florida and back, and between Sat when I left and the next Sunday when I got home, I only counted 4 BAJA's. The good news is that was more than the 3 STI's and 1 SVX I also saw.

I saw quite a few WRX/STis, especially in CT. A blue one was clearing the way for us coming thru CT. He was driving like a looney toon, zigging and zagging... a real cop magnet.
The MassPike was cleared by a red Ferrari, blue Porsche and grey BMW playing on up the highway... then someone must have called the cops on a cell because they suddenly began behaving when the State boy got into their game. One thing for certain... those yellow Bajas sure stand out in a sea of cars. |

I think every other badge here is a Subaru, mostly green or blue Outback wagons driven by middle+ aged women and older men... then a good number of the rest are Ford trucks and various SUVs...
Florida... the last time I was there the majority of the cars were big, dark colored boats with a compass on the dash and from the rear all you could see of driver were knuckles on the steering wheel firmly planted at "10 and 2"... LOL! |
