Default Rally lights for a Sedan?

I'm poor enough that I can't afford a better car for this, so I'm going to start modding my Legacy Sedan for rally. Yes, I'm crazy, don't point it out too much.

I need better lighting, when offroad. Should I do hood mount rally lighting, or roof mount?

Should I stick with stock 15" wheels with dirt rally rubber, or get some OZ gravel rally wheels and put dirt rally rubber on them?

Stick with stock 15" alloys. Most of the teams out there use 15" tires in either 195 or 205 width. Mine are 205/65/15 on my BD.

We went with a hood-mounted light pod custom-made for the legacy hood. Roof mount isn't something that I've ever seen on a US rally car. Since you're on a budget, you could also just do a light bar mounted to the front bumper beam. It's been done by a lot of teams.

I would love to see another legacy on the stages.

Oh, Tizzle is correct as well. Depends on how poor you actually are and how poor you are willing to become.

Actaully, it's not about how poor I am, just the fact that my income is a trickle. I'm willing to put loads of money into this, I just have to save up for everything. Like with computers, I don't go half-assed.

I asked about a roof mount lightbar because, at least as far as trucks are concerned, you get better visibility at night.
