engine light code ....P2096 POST CATALYST FUEL TRIM SYSTEM TOO LEAN BANK ?

help me my only mod is APS 3" TBE NO CAT i have mil elim cable on it , stock air box

I live in Pensacola, and while on the hwy, I got the same code w/ cobb stage 2, pulley, and stock airbox. The funny thing is when I put my Perrin cold air intake back on, the problem went away! I have an 04, so I dunno if it's the humidity here in FL, or what, but this worked for me.
