Default Alpine AI Net cable question

I am in the midst of installing all my stuff in my OBXT and was wondering about the AI Net cable.
1) First of all can I get a longer on so that I can put my XM and I Pod controller under my seat? It came with a 3' cable and I need about 8' to get where I need to be.
2) Can I daisy chain right off my XM for the I Pod controller or do I have to get two long cables?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure that the answers are in my manuals but they read like Greek to me.

Rick

I put my iPod adapter under the driver seat and used the supplied AiNet cable. If I remember correctly my cable was about 6 feet long and there's quite a bit of extra cable.

There must be longer cables, the one I got with my iPod adapter is probably the 6' one. Where you would get them, I don't know. I also believe you need another unit to send two AI.net signals, but I haven't looked into it in a while.
