Default 3rd gen Legacy/baja radio bezel HELP!

OK Im at work(ford stealership) and we got a baja at an auction(sweet!) I need to get the nicew cd player out and the stock one in. I don't see how to get it apart(the trims around the radio). Can somebody give me pointers?

there are 2 screws at the bottom of the din pockets, in plain view, then you have to remove the ash tray(push down tab and pull out) then there are two screw holding that to the frame also but you cant see them, you have to get down with you head on the seat and look up or feel for them. there are like 6 screws around the outside, 2 on the left side and i think 4 on the right including the ones holding the security module. then the last tricky one is the one WAY in the back against i think the firewall or some frame. you will also be able to see it if you put your head on the seat and look back you will need a long phillips.

ok thanks ben I got it. that was easy. I'm feeling retarded right about now. I didn't see those 2 screws under the ashtray, thats what was hanging me up.
