Default 99 Subaru Timming Belt

I am at 88000 miles with my 99 subaru legacy 2.2l and wondering when is the apropriate time to change my timming belt if not past time.

Your EJ22 is different from mine ('96), but I believe the service interval for my engine's timing belt is 60k - ? Your dealership can give you this info. They generally have these intervals outlined at the service counter. Give them a call.

I believe it is 60K on the 2.2 and 100K on the 2.5.

According to the Subaru shop who does my more serious repairs, 100k for the 2.2, and 60k for the 2.5

Those specs are for BC/BD, sorry. I just double checked. I figured it'd be the same, but I guess not.
