Default Help with twitchy alignment

I had my car aligned a few months back when I put Poltec Lateral links on. Overall I am really happy with how the car turns, however the back of the car is a bit "twitchy" going strait on the highway. The back of the car really follows grooves in the concrete, it feels like the back of the car wants to swing out one way then another. I believe I had the rear of the car set for -1 deg camber and 0 toe, or maybe 1-2mm out. (Sorry, its been a while). Should I have a bit of toe in to correct for this? Its mostly a daily driver and I don't want to worry about the back of the car doing weird things in the rain or snow. I had a bit of a scare last week, braking from high speed the back of the car went one way then another, it was an amplified version of what happens during normal driving. What's a good performance setup that is also stable for daily driving?
