Default what is causing this CEL?

so this morning on my way to work my car began to bog really bad, then i got a CEL i scanned it when i got to work and it pulled a p301 p302 p303, all 3 cylinders misfiring. I installed TWE cams 2 saturdays ago and am wondering if that could be causing this. any ideas of what it could be?

Might need to readjust the valve lash, which I think you are supposed to do a little while after installing cams, anyways. Also, check your plugs, plug wires, and coilpack. Also, have you done any other mods to the ECU? I have a piggyback ECU, and one of the tunes I got did a little tweaking to my ignition timing, and that causes some misfiring problems for me. But I think the valve lash is probably the most likely, considering you just recently installed cams.

i had a similar problem once before when i installed my equal length headers because the front 02 is right in the header pipe and was reading too much exhaust so i got some spark plug defoulers and raised the 02 sensor out of the exhaust, i have a feeling that this is a similar problem, hopefully
