P2096 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1

I have tried everything and am about to give up....
I have read numerous threads, none with conclusive evidence on how to get rid of this annoyance once and for all. My STI is an 05 (APS3"TB & CA,stock ECU)and I don't know what else to do........
see this

I do this to my car ...

AND

(only fix the boost creep. work super )

but i get back the engine light code 92096
it safe to drive the car with this code 92096, would it damage the turbo or the motor can one please explain to me if this is true?

Found this on .....

This is a code 92096 for "post catalyst fuel trim system too lean Bank 1) It is related to the rear most O/2 sensor. I have seen this in my travels with 05MY imprezas and legacys. And it has almost always been a poor conection in the wiring harness. that rear 0/2 has a jumper harness between it and the main harrness. and that is where the problem has been found. not to say you dont have a faulty sensor, or maybe you actually do have a lean condition......who would think it? Anyway, its an 05 so get it to the dealer and let them fix it.

.....yet ANOTHER post about a rear o2 CEL issue and a 'MIL' eliminator.

....the 'mechanical fix'(search it) seems to cause very little issue, other than not causing any....and 'fixing' the P0420 CEL ta boot.....
