Default VF39 upgrade tips?

For those of you who have upgraded their Baja's turbo, what special items should I make sure I have before starting?

Here's what I can think of so far:
- downpipe to turbo gasket - got from dealer (Xcell. TBE does not have)
- uppipe to turbo gasket
- uppipe other end gasket
- new studs for uppipe (came with Helix uppipe)
- new studs for turbo
- m10x1.25 x 1.5" <--- is that the correct size? recommended vendor?
- PB Blaster, let it sit over night on all bolts
- anti-seize
- torque specifications?

Any special tools or techniques recommended?

thanks.

Vise grips to muckle onto those broken bolts *knocks on wood* and one of those propane soldering torches from the hardware store incase you need some heat for those broken bolts *knocks on wood*

You know if you don't have them then you will need them, and vice versa

I picked up the gaskets from the dealer. Scoobymods.com has a nice write-up on installing an uppipe and lists the part numbers:

44022AA170 - Uppipe Gasket (Bottom)
44022AA150 - Uppipe Gasket (Top)
44022AA180 - Downpipe Gasket (DP to turbo)
44022AA020 - Cross pipe, Right side
14038AA000 - Manifold Gasket to the block
44022AA160 - Cross pipe, Left side

It was $70 for all the gaskets, 4 turbo studs (1 extra stud) and two BOV bolts (for the STI TMIC).
