Default '05 WRX wheels on an '02 WRX

Will these fit? I know the bolt pattern changed in 2005, but wasn't sure if that was just for the STI, or both WRX and STI.

Thanks!!

Yeah, but personally, I like their look better. The bronze that is. I'm looking for a set now.

Yeah, the bronze ones came on the WRX and the silver ones on the legacy base model.

I think the 02s look better than the 05s, but maybe that's just me. ??

The stock '05 wheels look marginally better on a black or gray WRX. My car is gray, and I can't imagine how funny it would look with silver wheels. It is a fair match...although they'll be demoted to winter duty soon enough.

Anywhoo, yes they'll fit. WRX still has the 5x100 bolt pattern. But I believe the STi is 114.3, not just 114.

I've been thinking of picking-up a set since they have a better shape and color (bronze) then my 02s.

also, i've been thinking about stepping up 17s. but, i'm unsure if the performance (handling, etc..) will be better or worse with the added size/weight. thoughts?

The stock bronze 05 wheels looked ridiculous on my CGM WRX, I replaced them as soon as I could. I would NOT recommend they go on anything but dark blue or maybe WRB. They will be my winter wheels unless my gf gets her 05 RS in the dark blue.

I think they look great on cgm too. I just wish they were an inch wider then I'd have no desire at all to swap out my wheels. If only rota would come out with some 16x7.5 or 16x8 torques I'd be all over those.
