i have a stock 02 subaru legacy GT.
i was wondering if its safe to use Nitrous on the car and if so how many shots?

I say you could safely pump a 1,000 shot throught here.

Seriously, nitrous is not something to just slap on and let it go. You would be best suited to get some engine management, and work your way up from a 25 shot. Proper tuning is the key here. You also will need to monitor EGT temperatures. If you run too lean or too rich, you will gernade your motor.

If you go with nitrous, get a wet kit, or DPI kit. Don't do a dry kit.

the idea here is to do some research. There are plenty of people who run Nitrous safely, and reliably, but as Chi_San stated, it takes a good engine management setup with a careful tune. There's a lot to do...ya don't just hook it up and go.

I'd like to request video and/or pics if someone does decide to hook up and go with a Nitrous setup.
