Default 14" on the 2000 sedan?

I've got my stock wheels and brakes on my car. I'd like to upgrade to some 14" wheels for rally/rallycross. Will 14"s fit over stock brakes?

I beleive that Subaru increased the diameter of their rotors for the new and heavier model Legacys requiring if I am not mistaken, 16" wheels. I am not sure if they did that in 2000 or 2001. I do not think that any 14" wheels will fit your car, but feel free to try out a set.

My 2000-L came with 15's (all discs), if that helps any.

In 2002+, the Legacy used WRX sized brakes (first benefit of cost saving). Those are 10.xx, close to 11" (I think) inches across, and with the caliper Im pretty sure they wont clear 14's. Pre 2002 Legacy's used the old GC Impreza RS brakes and are considerably smaller. 15 inch rims will clear, but I dunno bout 14"s.

I didn't think so. Maybe I can grab some WRX or 2002+ brakes then, and just stick with 15's. Make suspension upgrades a little more difficult, but I should be able to do it.

Thanks for the help.
