Default wtt-My 17's for your 16's + $

Ok..the first person to give me $500, these 4 rims and 5 tires are yours!!
I currently have a set of 6 spokes as my winter rims and wanted to see if I could do this the easy way, but it looks like that is not working out. I am going to sell these if I don't find any thing else exciting. That way I can fund some hankook s2's or azenis and some winter rims of some kind down the road..

I have a set of gold Rota sdr's w/ 225/45/17 re070's with more than 70% tread left. I am looking for 6 spoke 16's in good shape w/ same performance level tires as my current set-up 205to225/50/16.

Oh I also have 1 extra re070 that will go w/ the trade as well.
Here is the best pic that I have @ work.

Oh..and I had lost one center cap, so I took them off. I still have the remaining 3 caps.

How about some 6 spoke RS wheels in perfect shape with Kumho KH11's in 215/55/16. No rubbing on a lowered wagon.
These tires grip great in all conditions, amazing hyroplaning resistance
90% tread left

OK, wasn't sure if you wanted a better tire for all conditions. Falkens = Garbage in rain.

Kumho 711's = Not so Sticky
Kumho KH11's = Very Sticky

Not true. I drove through many a rain storms with Azenis. One set were really bald and they completely fine. This was with the old design. The newer ones are even better in the wet.

They were originally 98 golds, powdercoated by the original owner of my car professionally. I have reciepts - they look exactly like '99 wheels, except for a couple curbed spots where the gold shows. The es100s are about 2/3s to 1/2 tread on 3 of the 4, the last one is feathered a bit around the outside edge, but is still within spec.

The rims themselves are not perfect, everyone is curbed and nicked at least slightly, but none are in rough shape overall.

Sell only. $500 for set. Rims are only 14 lbs each. offset is 40 which is a little wide but doesnt come close to rubbing and is completely safe. Actually looks better IMO.

I'll see if I can dig up pix from my buddies 200SX that hit a jersey barrier going 35 in a rain storm when his Falkens just let go with us in the car. No braking, no acceleration, just a smooth right hand at a reasonable speed.

I'm guess I'm just biased after that accident and being able to steer around my friends WRX w/ Falkens when his let go when we were playing around in the rain one evening.

Activity on this thread is fine, but thanks for not going to far with it...

I would also sell the rims and tires for $500 shipped and $450 picked-up..

I have no need for 17's anymore, my original plans were to upgrade to brembo/big brakes hence 17's.

I am a new dad (6 months) and can't spend the $$ on things for the car that I don't need. I would like to find any 16's with auto-x/track type tire's w/ same or more tread since my set-up has 5 tires total..

Anybody else?

Just to throw it out there, I've got a set of 99RS rims with ES100s(205/55). No curbage on the wheels and about 50-60% tread left on them. Can get you pictures if you want them.

Replied to all pm's.

Also willing to do $350ish +stock rex wheels w/ good life left on the tires. The wife has run re92's on her GT with no issues, so I'll put that out there as well.
