Those are the Subaru oem 17x7" BBS options wheels and I may be mistaken but neither of the wheels posted so far are them. The wheels on the xxtunig car are definitely not them. The others might be but the pic is to far away to be sure.

They come in a high Subaru offset, +53mm IIRC.
