The Slipstream wheel is not manufactured in an 18" size at this point.

Slipstream DOES come in 17 x 8.5, by special order. Most people want 8", since that's an ideal width for the 225 or 235 tire that you'd usually put on a WRX, and because the 8.5" wheel is heavier. But if you want it, we can get it.

Pic I took tonight of the flat black Slipstream:

No 5x114.3 Prodrive wheels yet, but they're in the works.

I need (2) wheels 17 X 8.5, Slipstreams are fine. How good can you do on the price? Heck anything in that size or wider, new or used, but cheap.

He might not have great typing skills, but he is still a potential customer and should be treated as such. I own my own business as well, and I would lose customers if I made such comments.

As long as you don't lose customers you should be okay.

That's a valid point. I think most people on here know I'm a good guy and I'm just trying to be funny. kcook, if you were offended, my humble apologies.

But I stand by my points, which is that 1.) I prefer, and I think most of us prefer, that people use proper spelling on public forums; and 2.) "u guys have limited sizes for ur wheels" is so non-specific (limited compared to what?) that I can't really address it. I count two different diameters and four different widths among the 13 different styles of wheel shown on our site...

I will be happy to answer any other questions about our wheels, and I will try to reign in my sarcasm. Perhaps I'm becoming bitter from too much time on teh Internets.

Heh! Yep, that's life here at Mach V. I figure if we're busy that's positive in terms of having enough business to get by. Sorry you didn't catch me...

I still hope to see your project car!

Dan runs a strong business by supporting the WRX community with consistent daily involvement, outstanding customer service, and sponsoring events.

The life-n00b bashing is just an added bonus. lollerskates.

D'oh! I messed up. The hyper black ones I have are for the Evo. I have gunmetal Torques for the Subaru on hand. But I can get the gunmetal 5x100 fitment in a week, if you want 'em.

Sorry, I don't have a pic of them on a Subie.

Those new RG2's are just released in Japan, so it'll be a few weeks before I can get them here. But we can get them.
